Ready-to-Ship products are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. For furniture that needs to be crafted, the delivery timeline is 46 days from the order confirmation date. Sectional sofas and customized sofas take a bit longer, with delivery completed within 60 days from the order confirmation date.
Our furniture is handmade with serious attention to detail, not mass-produced on an assembly line. Each piece requires dedicated time and , and we prioritize quality over speed. For orders exceeding ₹5,00,000, we recommend reaching out to our customer care team to discuss estimated timelines, as the delivery may extend beyond the standard 8-9 weeks depending on our production schedule.
You can either receive each item separately as per its individual delivery timeline or opt to have everything delivered together based on the product with the longest delivery time. For example, if you've ordered both sofas and beds, you can choose to receive the sofa in 7 weeks and the bed in 8 weeks or have both delivered together in 8 weeks. Please inform our customer care team of your preference before the scheduled delivery dates.

Yes, at the time of delivery, you’ll be asked to sign a delivery form or an Airway Bill (AWB)/Proof of Delivery (POD). This signature confirms that the products have been received by you in proper condition, without any visible damage or defects.
Our courier or logistics partner may try to contact you to confirm a suitable delivery time, but since we don’t have direct control over their operations, we can’t guarantee a call in every case. If they’re unable to reach you at the delivery address, they’ll typically leave a message with instructions for a rescheduled delivery or pickup.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide the correct address and an active phone number when placing your order. If you expect to be away or unavailable, kindly inform us in advance so we can coordinate the shipping and delivery accordingly.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and the courier partner’s name. You can track the package directly through their website for the latest delivery updates.
Our delivery team will bring your order to your building premises or to the point that is physically accessible. For upper floors, especially in buildings without service lifts or where access is restricted, delivery may be limited to the ground or first floor. In such cases, we recommend arranging your own manpower in advance to move large or heavy items to higher floors. Our logistics partners are not responsible for carrying bulky products beyond the ground or first floor.
