At Samurai Home, every order is handled with care to ensure a smooth and dependable delivery experience. As many of our pieces are handcrafted, finished to specification, or produced in limited batches, dispatch and delivery timelines may vary depending on product readiness, order size, destination, and handling requirements.

Samurai Home ships across India and can also arrange international shipping for select orders.

Domestic Orders
Shipping charges are determined based on the delivery pin code, order size, weight, and handling requirements.
Dispatch Timelines
Ready-to-Dispatch Pieces
Ready-to-dispatch pieces are typically processed and released within 7 to 15 days of order confirmation and completion of finishing.
Certain oversized pieces or items not immediately available in ready stock may require additional processing time.
Made-to-Order / Customer-Order Pieces
Made-to-order or customer-order pieces generally require 40 to 45 days for dispatch from the date of order confirmation.
Exceptional Delays
During periods of exceptional demand, festive seasons, civic disruptions, transport interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be extended. Where an extended timeline applies, our team will keep you informed.
Delivery Timelines
Within India
For ready-to-dispatch orders, delivery typically takes 2 to 10 working days depending on the destination pin code and logistics route.
International Deliveries
International delivery timelines vary by destination, customs processing, and local logistics conditions. Estimated timelines are indicative and may be
extended due to customs clearance or destination-country procedures, which are outside our control.
Delivery Scheduling
Our logistics partner will contact you prior to delivery in order to coordinate the drop-off.
If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, a re-attempt may be scheduled based on your availability.
- The first re-attempt is not chargeable.
- Any additional re-attempts may be billed at actual cost as charged by th logistics partner.
Address Changes
Once an order has been confirmed, the delivery address cannot be modified.
Orders also cannot be redirected once dispatched.
Holding Orders
At the customer’s request, Samurai Home may hold an order for up to 30 days at no additional charge.
Doorstep Delivery and Site Access
Delivery is made to the doorstep where suitable service-lift access is available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the property offers adequate access for the product, including entryways, passages, staircases, lifts, and final placement areas.
If the building does not have a service lift, the customer must arrange labour or support for staircase movement. Where feasible, Samurai Home may try to assist in arranging manpower at an additional cost, but this cannot be guaranteed.
If access limitations are not disclosed in advance and damage occurs while moving the product through the premises, Samurai Home will not be responsible for such damage.
International shipments may be sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and any such charges must be settled directly by the recipient in accordance with the laws and procedures of the destination country.
Delivery Inspection and Receipt
All deliveries must be inspected carefully at the time of receipt.
A signature from the customer, or from any person authorised to receive the order on the customer’s behalf, will be treated as confirmation that the
shipment has been delivered.
If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, the
matter should be reported immediately to our customer care team.
Insurance in Transit
All orders remain insured during transit until delivery is completed and acknowledged upon receipt.

- Samurai Home does not currently offer express delivery.
- Where multiple items are purchased in a single order, they are intended to be delivered together unless otherwise communicated.
