How it works?
Add Assembly Service
On the product page, simply select the “Add Assembly Service” option at the bottom of the product menu. The charges (if applicable) will be added to your invoice at checkout.
Check Your Pincode
Enter your pincode to confirm if assembly is available in your area. Please note: delivery may be possible even if assembly service is not.
Assembly Appointment
A skilled handyperson will arrive with the
necessary tools, unpack your furniture, assemble it with care, and place it exactly where you’d like it.
Please Note –
- Many of our designs are ready to use straight out of the box. Assembly service is only offered for products that specifically require it—and even then, you may choose to set it up yourself or with the help of a local carpenter.
- Assembly is a paid, optional service. If you need assembly, our team will let you know the applicable charges.
- Our delivery team will safely deliver your order but are not authorised to open packages or assemble furniture. Assembly is carried out only by our appointed professionals.
- We follow a 24-hour cancellation policy. Requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a charge. We recommend rescheduling instead of cancelling—our customer care team will be happy to help.
- In some cases, same-day assembly may be possible, depending on the availability of our third-party service team.
